Return & Refund Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Returns for Non-Quality Issues
• You may return an item within 7 days of receipt for exchange.
• Contact us first at  info@adesuwahair.com or through the LiveChat with your order number and subject line: “Return Request.” We will provide the return address.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

2.⁠ ⁠Returns for Quality Issues
• If your item has a quality problem (e.g., wrong color, size, style, or defective), email us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and attach:
• A photo of the packing box with shipping information
• A photo of the item received
• We will review your case and provide a suitable solution (refund, replacement, or correction).

3.⁠ ⁠Condition of Returned Items
• Items must be returned in their original condition:
• Hair/Wigs: Not washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached, or worn
• Wigs: Lace must be intact
• Accessories (ties, hang tags): Must be attached
• Customized wigs cannot be returned for a refund but can be returned for corrections or amendments.
• Items that are used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

4.⁠ ⁠Return Process
• Contact customer service before returning any parcel to obtain a Confirmation# at info@adesuwahair.com.
• After shipping, provide us with a tracking number.
• Once the returned package is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
• Include in your return package: Email address, order number, and Confirmation# from customer service.
