This service includes a deep cleanse, gentle detangling, and expert styling for a polished, rejuvenated finish.

How It Works

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the shipping address to send in your unit.
Processing begins as soon as your wig is received by our team.
Please allow up to 15 business days for standard lace replacement.
For lace replacement combined with custom color, please allow an additional 5 business days.

Important Details

• We do not accept wigs that are unsanitary, severely tangled, clumped, or excessively matted.
• Shipping address and billing address must match for verification and security.
• Due to the custom nature of this service, all sales are final.
• All returns are shipped back with signature confirmation for client protection.
• Hair is not included — the wig, bundles or lace must be provided by the customer.
